Do you provide medical or nursing care?
No medical or nursing care is provided. Neighborly Care Company offers nonmedical, private pay wellness support. I do not perform wound care, blood sugar checks, medication administration, injections, clinical procedures. I provide observation, safety monitoring, wellness documentation, and non-medical support.
Do you help with bathing, dressing, or personal hygiene?
Yes, I provide nonmedical personal care, including bathing assistance and shower safety, dressing, grooming, hygiene support, safe ambulation, and transfers.
Can you drive clients to doctors appointments or errands?
Yes, I offer transportation to medical appointments, grocery trips, social outings, and errands.
How long are the visits?
Most visits are one hour. Clients may combine visits for longer outings or appointments (for example two one hour visits used together).
Who is this service ideal for?
Many adults fall into a care gap. They don’t qualify for medical home health, but still need regular check ins, support, and eyes on care. Neighborly Care Company bridges that gap by supporting clients who
don’t qualify for skilled home health
need check ins between nurse or doctor visits
aren’t ready for assisted-living
have adult children who live far away
need help with daily tasks but not skilled nursing
would benefit from consistent wellness monitoring, companionship, or appointment support
Will you update families after each visit?
Yes, with client consent. I provide brief updates to families after the visit especially when something changes or needs attention.
What are your monthly packages?
4 visits per month
8 visits per month
12 visits per month
Do you offer a one time visit?
At this time I focus on monthly packages to provide consistent support. However, one time or additional visits may be available depending on availability.
What if my loved one needs more help than you provide?
If I observe signs that a client needs nursing care, home health, physical/occupational therapy, hospice, memory care, clinical evaluation I will gently inform the family and support the transitions
